Kimberly-Clark has signed a £125 million deal with the UK Government to develop green hydrogen facilities at its Barrow and Kent sites, aiming to cut natural gas use and reduce carbon emissions by 28,500 tonnes annually. Partnering with Carlton Power and Hyro, the projects will supply 147GWh of hydrogen per year.
