Kerala aims to lead India in green hydrogen adoption for the transport sector, targeting net-zero emissions by 2050. The state plans to produce green hydrogen using renewable energy and has a pilot project to demonstrate its safe use. The plan includes developing supporting infrastructure and proposes the Kerala Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster from Kochi to Thiruvananthapuram.
