Kazakhstan has ratified a strategic agreement with the UAE to build a 1 GW Wind Power Plant and a 300 MW Energy Storage System in the Zhambyl region. Partnering with UAE-based Masdar, the project aims to boost Renewables by 3%, generate 3.4 billion kWh annually, and cut CO₂ emissions by two million tons.
