Jindal Poly Films Ltd (JPL) has acquired Enerlite Solar Films India, a manufacturer of encapsulation films for PV modules, which was previously 33.05% owned by JPL. Enerlite will now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of JPL. The company reported an unaudited turnover of INR 28 crore for FY 2025, down from INR 43.
