Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has sanctioned over Rs 3000 cr for Green Energy Projects in Odisha, including Solar, Hydro, Ethanol, and Manufacturing Sectors. IREDA Chairman Pradip Kumar Das highlighted the state's target of 10 GW RE capacity by 2030. India added 15 GW of Renewable Capacity in 2024, aiming for 500 GW by 2030, with IREDA supporting financing for such projects.
