Inox Clean Energy has formed a joint venture with RJ Corp to enter the African renewable energy IPP market, acquiring Skypower Services MENA Ltd. The first phase will deliver 570 MW of renewable capacity, part of a multi-gigawatt pipeline backed by sovereign-supported PPAs. Land and grid infrastructure are in place for faster execution.
