Inox Clean Energy has acquired US-based Boviet Solar Technology LLC for $750 million through Inox Solar Americas. The deal provides 3 GW of operational TopCon solar module manufacturing capacity in the US and a binding agreement for an additional 3 GW solar cell facility, expected by December 2026.
