Hyderabad-based Nava Limited has commissioned a 100 MW solar power project in Zambia through its step-down subsidiary Maamba Solar Energy Limited (MSEL), marking its entry into utility-scale renewable energy. Power evacuation to the Zambian grid has commenced. MSEL has signed a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement with ZESCO Limited, Zambia's national utility, for the entire generation, the company said in a filing.
