IB Solar plans to invest ₹3,000 crore in a 4 GW solar cell manufacturing plant in Greater Noida’s Sector 8, approved by YEIDA. Strategically located near the Noida International Airport and Yamuna Expressway, the project is expected to be commissioned by 2027. Designated an 'ultra mega project', it will boost India’s solar self-reliance, reduce imports, and create jobs.
