Hynfra to set up Green Ammonia Production Capacity of 400,000 tonnes in Egypt

HyInfra has been backed by the GAFI for developing a 400,000-tonne-per-year green ammonia facility to export to Europe by 2030. The project estimates to be $1.6 billion with long term target of building capacity of one million tonnes/year. This will enable EU to realize its import needs of ammonia and hydrogen positioning Egypt as a key supplier.
