Hydrogen energy firm expands with HK$90.98 million placement in China

Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy raised HK$90.98 million (US$11.6 million) through a 1.73 million new H shares placement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The capital increase, approved by shareholders, expands its total issued shares to 106.77 million. Proceeds will fund hydrogen production plants, refuelling infrastructure, and liquefaction facilities in China and internationally.
