Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) petitioned the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) for approval of a Power Purchase Agreement with Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) for a 35 MW Solar PV Project and 57 MWh Battery Storage at Kutch. No objections were received during the public notice period, and GSECL will finalize the tariff rate in a new petition.
