Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) sought approval for tariffs from a competitive bidding process for 500 MW of Hybrid Renewable Energy. After an e-reverse auction, tariffs were discovered between ₹3.24 and ₹3.39 per unit. GUVNL awarded 416 MW to four bidders, confirming support for lower tariffs and reinforcing Gujarat's Renewable Energy goals amid increasing RPO targets.
