Italian IPP Green Go secured Single Authorisation for the 120 MW, 480 MWh San Sostene Battery Energy Storage System in Calabria. Connected to the 150 kV grid, it will charge during peak Renewable Energy and discharge during high demand. Acquired in 2024, Green Go achieved approval within 13 months.
