Greece’s energy regulator has opened auctions for up to 200 MW of solar paired with energy storage and 400 MW of wind, marking the first step of the Apollo Program to provide low-cost electricity to low-income households. The solar-plus-storage projects must have grid connection terms and storage licenses, with bids capped at €80/MWh.
