Gravita India has commissioned a 6,000 MTPA lithium-ion battery recycling pilot plant in Mundra, Gujarat, marking its entry into critical mineral recycling. Under Vision 2030, the company plans to scale total recycling capacity to over 800,000 MTPA by FY29, supported by a formalized ₹1,700 crore capex roadmap through FY29, including ₹700 crore for copper expansion, largely funded by internal accruals.
