Zambia’s Ministry of Energy has signed an agreement with Goldenray Energy Limited to develop a 118 MWp solar power plant in Sinazongwe District. Backed by a Dubai-based investment fund, the project is set to begin electricity supply by early 2027. The facility will boost national generation capacity, strengthen energy security, and support Zambia’s renewable energy expansion goals.
