The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) rejected Suzlon Energy’s petition seeking a review of Stage-II connectivity for its 35 MW wind project. Suzlon had applied for 50 MW but received only 35 MW approval due to corridor constraints. GETCO denied connectivity, citing non-compliance, including missing consumer numbers for captive use, incomplete financial closure, and land document issues.
