GAIL India Limited and AM Green have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop Solar-Wind hybrid Renewable Energy projects in India, with a capacity of up to 2.5 GW. The agreement includes a study on utilizing 350 kilotonnes of CO2 from GAIL’s gas processing plants to produce eMethanol from Renewable Energy, supported by Energy Storage Systems for continuous power supply.
