Synera Renewable Energy's (SRE) Formosa 4 Offshore Wind Project in Taiwan received its establishment permit in late October, marking the first project to reach this milestone in the Phase 3 Zonal Development auction. Announced in September 2020, Formosa 4 will have a 495 MW capacity, with up to 35 turbines off Miaoli County.
