Foresight Group has agreed to acquire NZ Clean Energy through its Australian Renewables Income Fund, marking the fund’s first entry into the New Zealand renewable energy market. The deal could unlock over A$500 million in investment as three solar-plus-storage projects totalling about 300 MW move toward construction between 2026 and 2027.
