Developer Amp Energy has closed the first stage financing at the 250MW/500MW BESS South Australian Project with a solar project of 339MW. The first set of energy storage began with capacity of 300MW aims to begin commercial operation in the first quarter of 2026. Construction of the first stage of the BESS started in October 2024.
