The UK government made 138-page plan for achieving 22 GW by 2030. Till now it has a capacity of 4.5 GW BESS in their country. The major problem BESS project is facing is the long grid connection queues. Due to this problem, NESO will give more flexibility in this type of Project. The plan also aims to provide customer flexibility.
