Exide Industries India and Germany's ExCom Energy Solutions GmbH signed long-term strategic cooperation agreement September 15 to expand industrial battery and energy storage business across European Economic Area. Products will be offered under ExCom brand as central commercial and technical interface handling customer development, distribution, technical support and after-sales.
