The European Commission has approved Germany’s plan to provide €1.3 billion in subsidies for green hydrogen projects under the European Hydrogen Bank’s Auctions as a Service framework. The funding will support projects that missed earlier auctions, offering grants per kilogram of hydrogen over 10 years.
