The European Commission has allocated €852 million from the Innovation Fund to six EV Battery Projects across France, Germany, Sweden, and Poland. Aimed at boosting innovation, reducing emissions, and enhancing EU Battery supply resilience, the projects will add 56 GWh in annual capacity and cut 91 million tonnes of CO₂ over 10 years.
