The EU, along with Algeria and Tunisia, plans to build a hydrogen pipeline to transport renewable hydrogen from North Africa to Europe by 2030. However, experts are skeptical, pointing out that neither country is likely ready to export significant quantities of green hydrogen by the target date, there are concerns about the feasibility and readiness of the involved countries to meet the 2030 deadline.
