The EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) has approved Norway’s NOK 35 billion (€2.95 billion) State aid scheme for a floating offshore wind farm in Utsira Nord. Administered by the Ministry of Energy, the initiative supports Renewable Energy, electrification, and reduced fossil fuel reliance. It aligns with Norway’s climate goals and EU energy integration.
