Envision Energy Unveils 175-Metre Rotor 8 MW Onshore Turbine With AI Optimization in Germany

Envision Energy unveiled EN175/8.0, an 8 MW onshore turbine with 175-metre rotor at WindEnergy Hamburg, targeting medium-wind-speed and complex sites. Based on Model T platform with 4,000 orders and 1,500 installations, it features sixth-generation low-noise airfoils, serrated trailing edges, 107 dB(A) sound level, and vertically integrated blades, gearboxes and generators.
