Engie has fully commissioned the 650 MW Red Sea Wind Energy project in Ras Ghareb, Egypt, ahead of schedule. A 25-year power purchase agreement was signed with the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, ensuring long-term revenue. The project was developed by a consortium including Engie, Orascom, Toyota Tsusho, and Eurus Energy.
