German renewables developer Energiequelle has sold its French subsidiary to French independent power producer H2air on September 25, 2026. The deal includes employees and nearly 500MW of solar PV and wind pipeline, plus 60MW of operational and pre-construction projects to be taken over by H2air. The subsidiary has been part of Energiequelle since 2010, developing and commissioning over 27 solar and wind parks totalling 266MW.
