ELQ S.A. won an €86M contract to build a 21MW green hydrogen plant in Poland, producing 1,701 tonnes annually. The facility will integrate PEM electrolysis with 49MW renewables and 41MWh storage, funded partially by a €29M state subsidy. Scheduled for completion by Q3 2027, the full-scale industrial project supports RFNBO compliance, Europe’s hydrogen strategy, decarbonization targets, and fossil fuel reduction, with ELQ managing design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
