Dubai's Green Hydrogen project, in collaboration with DEWA, Expo'20 Dubai, and Siemens Energy, has generated over 1 gigawatt-hour (GWh) of energy using solar power, reducing approximately 450 tonnes of CO2 emissions. The project supports the UAE's goal to acquire 25% of the low-carbon hydrogen market and aligns with the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and Net Zero Carbon Emissions Strategy 2050.
