DERC recently reviewed Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd.'s request for a SCOD extension on a 510 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid project due to delays in ISTS substations, which now face a December 2025 readiness. Despite acknowledging the delays, DERC advised TPREL to seek an extension from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and directed TPDDL to update the PPA accordingly.
