Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has launched widespread Rooftop Solar installations under the Resco utility-led aggregation model to reduce electricity bills and promote clean energy. Supported by the Union Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and facilitated by DERC, this initiative allows consumers to install solar systems with zero upfront cost by offering roof space.
