DCNT Global has commissioned a 3GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) plant in Khed City, Chakan, Pune, with production set to begin in Q3 2025. The fully automated facility will support India’s goal of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel energy capacity by 2030. Strategically located in an industrial hub, the plant aims to meet global energy storage needs and contribute to India’s Renewable Energy initiatives, including the National Solar Mission and Green Energy Corridor.
