Colombian utility Celsia SA ESP has acquired a 675 MW portfolio of Solar and Wind Projects from Mainstream Renewable Power. The portfolio includes three Solar Projects (375 MW) and two Wind Projects (300 MW). Key assets include the 100 MW Andromeda Solar Project in Sucre, which is the most advanced, having completed pre-construction and secured grid connections.
