Coal India has awarded its 750 MWh BESS project at Choutuppal, Telangana, to Pace Digitek for Rs 1,073.74 crore, selecting it among 11 bidders including Kosol Energy-DEC JV, KPI Green-Amara Raja, L&T, Jackson, Waaree and O2 Power. Coal India had earlier secured the 187.5 MW/750 MWh project from TSGENCO at Rs 3.
