Chinese solar manufacturer JinkoSolar achieved 34.76% power conversion efficiency for a perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell using TOPCon n-type wafers, certified by China’s NPVM. This surpasses its previous 34.22% record, driven by innovations in perovskite and tandem technologies, including advanced N-type TOPCon bottom cells, interface defect passivation, novel crystallization, and optimized charge transport.
