Chinese solar module maker Huasun has reported a 34.02% power conversion efficiency for a 1 cm² perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell, though no independent certification was mentioned. The result was achieved using a dual passivation strategy, new crystallization additives, and carrier transport materials to improve grain orientation, interface stability, and energy alignment.
