Tamil Nadu-based speciality chemicals manufacturer Chemplast Sanmar and its subsidiary Chemplast Cuddalore Vinyls Ltd (CCVL) signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with JSW Green Energy Nine Ltd. The SPV will develop 64.9 MW Solar and 20 MW Wind power plants under a Group Captive Power Scheme, enabling Chemplast and CCVL to source green energy, reduce costs, and acquire 26.
