The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) in its September 10, 2026 order examined INR 186.34 crore Change-in-Law claims for Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One's 390 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Rajasthan. Awarded via SECI to supply Haryana Power Purchase Centre at Rs 2.69/kWh tariff, the project was delayed to May 2022 against SCOD May 2021.
