The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) addressed petitions from Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL) and NTPC Limited regarding the tariff for a 92 MW Floating Solar Photo Voltaic Plant at the Rajiv Gandhi Combined Cycle Power Project in Kayamkulam, Kerala. KSEBL and NTPC signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in 2018, with tariff determination based on EPC costs.
