Centre has approved a Rs 797 crore green hydrogen jetty at Paradip Port to handle hydrogen, ammonia and other liquid cargo. Developed by Paradip Port Authority under a build-operate-transfer model, the project aims to boost clean energy logistics in eastern India. Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said it will enhance capacity, generate jobs and strengthen green energy ecosystem.
