BYD launched its second-generation Blade Battery, achieving a 10% to 97% charge in just 9 minutes under optimal conditions. It features "disruptive" performance in extreme cold, charging from 20% to 97% in 12 minutes at -30°C. The new battery increases energy density to 190–210 Wh/kg, enabling ranges exceeding 1,000 km in luxury models like the Yangwang U7.
