A hydrogen engine testing center will be established in Bremen to advance eco-friendly technologies. This new facility will help modernize locomotive systems and improve their efficiency. DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung, part of the German railway system, has signed an agreement with the Institute for Manufacturing Technology to create a facility for testing diesel engines adapted for hydrogen fuel.
