Bondada Engineering has secured a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Industries Power Company (GIPCL) for EPC of a 20 MW/120 MWh Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB) BESS with 10 years O&M at GIPCL's 165 MW natural gas plant complex in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company called it India's largest grid-scale VRFB BESS project, marking its strategic expansion into advanced Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) technologies and complementing its renewable EPC portfolio.
