Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) has approved Bihar State Power Holding Company Ltd.’s (BSPHCL) petition to procure 170 MW of Wind Energy through SJVN Ltd. under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of 25 years with a tariff of Rs 3.98/kWh and Rs 3.99/kWh from Bidder L1 (70 MW) and Bidder L2 (100 MW) respectively with a trading margin of Rs 0.
