Belgian Offshore Energy Contractor Deme has completed its €900 million acquisition of Norwegian company Havfram. The deal, announced on April 9, strengthens Deme's Offshore Wind Power market presence and expands its vessel fleet. Havfram, a contractor specializing in Wind Turbine transport and installation, was privately owned by Sandbrook Capital and PSP Investments.
