Avaada Group plans to invest Rs 50,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh over five years, with most projects materializing within three to four years, says Chairman Vineet Mittal. Backed by global investors like PTT Group and Brookfield, Avaada has been active in Renewable energy since 2010. Mittal highlighted India's need to expand Solar Capacity to 50 GW annually to meet its 500 GW non-fossil fuel target.
